Training Week 7 - 9/4 - 9/10

The trend seems to be good week and then a not so good week......repeat. Here is a recap of week 7 ( a good week )

Monday - Labor Day - I took advantage of the holiday and slept in. I hit the trail (drainage ditch path) for 4 miles in the early afternoon.

Tuesday - 2 miles after our Ten for Texas track session.

Wednesday - day off

Thursday - 3 miles late in the evening.

Friday - day off

Saturday - 6 miles in the early evening

Sunday - tired but managed 4 miles


Total - 19 miles
