Training Week 6 - 8/28 - 9/3

Monday - 2 miles at 9:30pm - slow and steady

Tuesday - 3 miles after the Ten For Texas Track workout - the group was awesome tonight and I carried some of that energy home for a solid three miles.

Wednesday - day off

Thursday - Easy 3 miles. A little tired.

Friday - BMI 5K - after a long day at work. The wheels came off early and I struggled through a 33 minute 5K. The worst run of the week.

Saturday - After short sleep and supporting the Ten for Texas & TNT groups I took a much needed nap and ran a very easy 8 miles late in the day. Much better effort than last night.

Sunday - taking advantage of lower humidity - easy 2 miles.


Total - 21 miles
