It may be a little over the top but when I saw that this was available I couldn't resist. I'm also a Lance Armstrong fan so I needed to go with the "Share the Road" plate.
Dr. Jeff Ross presented a clinic on foot care for runners & walkers after our training run.
Thanks to the ever aware Jon Walk we didn't miss a very important day for a
wonderful friend.
Tailgate party after the run included Power Aid and birthday cake.
I spent the rest of the day with my daughter and grandaughter. Elle had some fun with the fountain at Market Street.

Elle is getting so big. She is so cute. See you tonight at track.. hopefully the rain will go away by then cause I need to run tonight.
