Just posting my old form of cross training to see how long it takes Evan to comment. His version of this is much higher tech than what mine was. Photos of one of my typical Sundays in Central NY, 1978
The hilly terrain and huge altitude changes must be REALLY wild to ride! Unadilla is world rewnowned...I'll bet you have fond memories! We're you a good rider? What is that that you're riding, an RM-250, or a YZ?
Yes, it's an RM-250. I did ride a Kawasaki for a while and it was a very fast bike, actually my favorite one to ride. Parts were hard to get in the area so I switched to Suzuki. I rode amature class for 3 years and expert class for 2 years. More or less retired when I moved to Texas in 1979. More or less means - it's still in my blood and who knows....:)
Unadilla hosted a Grand Prix every year and I have have some great shots of Bob "Hurricane" Hannah and Roger DeCoster racing there.
Dude! We've gotta go RIDING one of these days! Unless of course you're intentionally staving off such alluring enticement.
Look, I don't wanna be responsible for anything in your dirt biking future, but also welcome you to the track and my shop.....you have NO IDEA how much I bask in stuff like this...(insert shaking head emoticon here).. :):)
I’ve been a runner since the early 70’s, fairly competitive in the 80’s, ultra’s in the 90’s and not a lot since. I’m a member of The Woodlands Running Club and also an RRCA Certified Running Coach. I have recently formed a training group with the help of many great friends, Volte Endurance Training, with the mission to display Christian values, maintain high standards of excellence, promote integrity, respect the fundamental rights, dignity and worth of all our participants, apply and make public our knowledge of sport in order to contribute to the community and encourage all individuals, training groups and clubs. I have wonderful memories from all I’ve done and I know the best is still yet to come with all the great friends I have in the running community.

Oh HECK YEAH!! Now you're talking! Good form in the cornering!
In fact, I'm taking a couple of OLD bikes to the track RIGHT NOW to try to sell 'em! I've got an immaculate 1984 RM-250, and a ratty TL-125.
Neat photos, Bill! Ah, the old days!
Awesome, Bill!
Hmmm ... from that to a pink Dave Scott road bicycle?
It's not pink.
It's a magenta and yellow color scheme that only fast cyclists would dare to ride.
So cool Bill!! Man, what adventurous times!

I heard marathons are still in your blood too.
Maybe even a 5K. :)
You are either in last place about to be lapped or leading the pack. I will assume you are leading the pack.
I never would have thunk it!!! I learn more and more every day!!!
