Today was a great day. I'll stand by my earlier comment that it didn't matter who won. The Seven Hills Club brought 49 runners, we had 54. We were faster today and won the event and will keep the "Saw" trophy for a few months. This fall/early winter we will have round two in Huntsville and the advantage will swing to Seven Hills. Hopefully this will become a bi-annual series with our clubs and we can run, compete and have some fun for years to come.
An excerpt from a note sent out by our club President Dave Wadsworth after the race mentioned.... "It was a lot of fun, and TWRC enjoyed the friendly competition with the SHRC. They are a great group of people. The camaraderie was the most important aspect of the morning."
Seven Hills is a great group of people.....so are the members of TWRC. That really makes everyone winners.
Thank you to everyone who came out to run from both clubs....and to the awesome volunteers.

Do we have a date for the next challenge? I want to be sure to be there!! Thanks for a great time today, Bill!
One day I may Run the Woodlands. Great Blog by the way. I am not sure why it took me so long to stumble upon it.
I echo your comments about TWRC vs. 7Hills. Thanks to your coaching we're all becoming better runners.
