This is part of a note sent by Jon after running with our Saturday morning training group.
"Blogs are about accountability: Time to start logging your runs. We don't care how slow they are right now. We know you'll get faster, and you'll do it injury-free. But it is a quicker way to get to your goal. Think of how many people there are to help you get to your goals: probably hundreds. You've got a better support group than anybody on this side of downtown."
He's right....So here goes...
Monday - 30 minutes walking and jogging slow
Tuesday - 2 miles on the track before anyone arrived
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 30 minutes walking and jogging slow
Friday - Off
Saturday - afternoon - 30 minutes walking and jogging slow
Sunday - 30 minutes easy - plus a weight routine at Ballys

No off days...go get your grand baby and start using that baby jogger on off days.
