Our Half Marathoners did a great job with the VO2 max workout of 6 x 800. Our Full Marathoners did the Yasso 10 x 800 workout and again, everyone did great!......Oh and TNT coach Carol Steele breezed through her 4 x 400 for her last track session before the Kingwood Marathon Jan 1st.
I really look forward to Tuesday's and Saturday's.....more because of the frindships than the workouts.
