I arrived to the track 45 minutes early. My new job is 20 miles closer to home and I get off an hour earlier so arriving early is not the same fire drill it used to be. Tonight's workout plan was to just move forward for 30 minutes and just see what happens. My left knee was fine, the latest nagging pain my right achilles was fine, but my back was killing me. The back can be fixed with some strengthening and stretching so overall it went well.
A few minutes after I was done our groups arrived. The plan for our half marathon runners was 5 x 800 with a 200 recovery. Kim's group did 12 x 800 with a short recovery. Everyone looked great.
