Tuesday Night Track

The workout for most was a long warm-up, drills, then 4 - 6 x 400 with a 200 meter jogging recovery. The 400’s were run at 5 seconds faster than current 5k pace. The key to this workout is to keep the 400’s dialed right into the pace even if it feels slow as the 200 recovery is pretty short.

We split into three different pace groups and everyone did really well with the workout.

There’s some breaking news (good news) about our Texian Road Warriors that will have to wait until next week to report.

If I don't get assigned somewhere before the end of the week, I may be there Tuesday night.

However, I don't expect it to last long though.
