I see personal records (PR's) listed on a lot of the blogs I read. I have chosen not to list mine since they are all 1980’s – 90’s and most likely I won’t be able to beat any of them in the future. (I may have a shot at a couple of the ultra PR’s when I’m back in shape)
Or should I list them? What do you think?

I understand that a lot of long time runners will list two sets of P.R.'s. Their P.R. and then their master's P.R.
So I would say yes and list both.
Since I only started to run a few years ago, when I hit 50, I'm going to split it into, first half century P.R. and second half century P.R.
yeah...list 'em. inquiring minds want to know. and, i second holden's theory.
Hey Bill, The rule is that you get to re-set your PR every 5 years. It happens when you get into a new agegroup. The good news is that the next race you do, what ever it might be, will be a new PR. You just have to go out there and do them....
Coach Liz
I don't list mine. They really don't tell the story of who I am as a runner. But everyone is different.
