Training Week 8 - 9/11 - 9/17

Monday - easy 2 ( and the easy runs are starting to feel easy )

Tuesday - 4 miles at maybe 80% effort after our Ten for Texas track workout.

Wednesday - rest day

Thursday - 4 miles - same as Tuesday

Friday - rest day and get ready for our Saturday morning groups

Saturday - the TNT runners did a fantastic job with their 16 - 18 mile run in very humid conditions. All will do well in San Francisco & Chicago. Not to be out done the Ten for Texas runners also did a fantastic job. They will also be doing very well in a few weeks. After a short nap ( actually trying to watch football ) I hit the roads for 8 miles.

Sunday - easy 4 miles

A very good week. I will be timing Tuesday/Thursday soon.

Total - 22 miles
