
A combination of good training weeks and cooler weather led to our Ten for Texas group to go into uncharted territory. Our workout tonight was a VO2 max session of 3 x 1 mile with a 4 min recovery. I'm pretty pumped up about all the 7 something splits, and the 8 somethings and 9 somethings too. I'm heading out to get my run in before midnight still thinking of all the great efforts.
