The Montgomery County Triple is just a couple days away.

The first event is the Run Thru The Woods 5 miler on Thanksgiving Day. Roxanne Davis and her crew from the YMCA do a wonderful job with this event that has become a regular "must do" community event in The Woodlands. Our TWRC tent will be located where the chip pick-up area was last year. (Just outside the Cynthia Woods Pavilion gate)

Friday's event is the City of Conroe Turkey Trot 5K at Carl Barton Park. This has been a small race the last couple of years. Hopefully they break 100 participants this year. It's a cross country style event with nice awards. One of the best kept secrets in the area. You can't miss the TWRC tent near the start/finish line.

Saturday's Montgomery County Triple 5K is at Barbara Bush Elementary School using the Run The Woodlands course run in reverse direction. (should be cool for the RTW regulars) With Thanksgiving falling a little later in the month this year we can't piggy back onto the Run The Woodlands 5K event (which was held this past weekend). We're producing the first Montgomery County Triple 5K and Kids K. The TWRC tent is a little overkill for this event but still will be placed near the finish line. Last year with a cold and rainy day it worked well for the awards presentation. Should be fun.
