Since I have about 200 traffic cones in my garage that I've accumulated over the years for the various walks and runs I help with, I'll be bringing them to Huntsville for use on the Half Marathon course tomorrow. I spent part of the day today painting a Deer and TWRC on them so some of the runners from our club will wonder about them as they run by. I'll also have the club tent somewhere near the finish. It looks like the Huntsville event will be a bit bigger than expected probably due to the Ten for Texas being postponed.
I'll be dropping off water coolers very early on the WoodlandsFit run route before I head on up to Huntsville. I'll see our one NYC Marathon runner off at 5am and then hand over training to Cathy Steele and Kim Hager to organize the 6am and 6:30am run starts.
Sunday
TWRC will have some representation at the USA Ten Miler in Clearlake Sunday morning so it's a double header for tent duty. This will be the second HARRA Series event for our club.
