Saturday Fit group

Our training went well considering the very warm conditions. We had several doing longer miles today setting up for the build up to several different fall events. While most of the group is doing San Antonio we do have runners training for Virginia Beach Rock-N-Roll Half, Disneyland Half, Chicago, Nike Woman's, Marine Corp., Philadelphia and New York. It's a little challenging each week.Coach Kim easily keeps tabs on all the training groups.

I goofed a bit with the Houston Half Marathoners as the plan today was for 3-4 miles. I was busted by the Garmin police as the route was a little over 5 miles. All did well with the extended distance. It'll be right next week.

After training we had a clinic covering common leg and knee injuries presented by Dr. Brian Chimenti of The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre.
Jon came out to visit and run with the group. It's always good to see him. We even had time to join some of the runners for breakfast at Skeeters after.

That is a bunch o people! I bet Coack K has no problemo cycling all over The Woodlands keepin up with the group. LOL!

OMG, 5 miles! Thanks to school, I am a bit behind on my training...I woulda passed out with 5 miles. LOL!
