After many good suggestions all of which would make great team names I have submitted Texian Twelve. With the relay following the general route of the Runaway Scrape I think it is fitting to keep something from history in our name. The Texans of 1836 were called Texians. There are twelve of us and if we all end up with Timex hats it works well.
Our uniforms will be in the colors of one of the flags of the time...the Scott Flag.
