As always it was a very busy week. I try to squeeze more into the day than hours generally would allow for. I'm perfectly on my workout plan for the first 5 days,(which included two rest days). I will be giving a weekly report of the good, the bad, and the ugly each Sunday. In-between my personal workout reports I will post some helpful tips, some of our Luke's Beat program & TNT clinic info, some race reports of our participants and friends, some blasts from the past, and more. (Race reports won't be world class like Jon Walk's are)
I do want to say thanks to Mike, Jill, Jon, Cassie, & Keith (bloggers I know) and Vic, tx runner girl, humble runner and atownrunner (bloggers I hope to meet or have met and just don't know it yet) for the welcome notes.
